saturday 13th of december
breakfast 7.30 to 9.30 am
warm up together in the gym 9.30 am
1. workshop round 10.15 to 11.30 am
2. workshop round 11.45 am to 1 pm
lunch 1 to 2 pm
short warm up 3 to 3.15 pm
3. workshop round 3.15 to 4.30 pm
4. workshop round 4.45 to 6 pm
dinner 6 to 7.30 pm
free training until 10 pm
